John Driscoll, director of publicly traded Canadian merchant bank C A Bancorp, has resigned from his current position. He will also step down from his role as Chairman of the board of the lender.

On the board, Driscoll will be replaced by another member Paul Haggis. Driscoll is the founder of the merchant bank and has served as the Chairman since its launch.
