With anywhere between £400 million (US$736.6 million) and £5 billion (US$9.2 billion) laying in dormant bank accounts in the U.K. for more than a decade, the Commission on Unclaimed Assets has proposed putting the money to good use with the creation of the Social Investment Bank.
