Green Courte Partners has appointed Keith Bawolek as its new managing director. He will be responsible for leading the parking acquisition activities of the firm.

Prior to this, Bawolek was associated with Equity Group Investments, Equity Capital Holdings and ECI Investment Advisors. Green Courte is a Chicago-based private equity real estate investment firm.
