Italian transport company Atac is seeking to sell a portfolio of warehousing and office properties worth €400 million in Rome, PropertyEU reports. The portfolio comprises six assets to be directly put on the market, while another 11 properties will be sold after partnering with a development partner, which will refurbish and reposition the assets. The assets include SSE Nomentana, SSE San Paolo, Area Cave Ardeatine and SSE Etiopia. Atac is seeking a Sgr fund management firm to create and manage a fund which will own most of the assets.
