Rockville Bank’s holding company Rockville Financial has appointed Scott Bechtle as executive vice president and chief risk officer. He will manage all risk management activities, including credit policy, asset quality, loan review, compliance and enterprise risk management. He will also serve as lead regulatory liaison.

Most recently, he served as chief administration executive for Florida Shores Bank. The company has also named Marino Santarelli as executive vice president and COO, while Stanley Koniecki has been appointed as senior vice president for IT and operations.
