Risk management consultant Hanover Stone Partners has expanded its risk specialties through three new appointments. It has appointed Paul Buckley, who previously served as Director of risk management and President of Lucent’s captive insurance firm.

Hanover has also hired Len Crouse, who was deputy commissioner of captive insurance for Vermont’s Department of Insurance. Edward Troy, who was Chairman, CEO and President of ESIS and GABRobins, has also joined the firm.
