Palm Beach Capital has closed its third equity fund that with an affiliated fund holds $133.5 million. The Palm Beach Capital Fund III will follow the same investment strategy utilized in Palm Beach Capital’s prior two equity funds.

The vehicle will invest between $3 million and $20 million in each portfolio company. As with its previous funds, the firm will continue to invest exclusively in small-market companies.
