Paris-based Bernheim, Dreyfus & Company is seeking to raise $100 million for an onshore version of its merger & acquisition hedge fund, Reuters reports. The Diva Synergy (Ucits) fund is similar to its offshore fund.

The vehicle with $10 million from seed investors will give investors daily access to their money. At present, the offshore fund has monthly liquidity.
