Jupiter Securities is planning to set up 16 new online trading branches in Malaysia over the next three years, Malaysia Star reports. The firm has already established its first branch in Penang. The firm also has offices in Kuala Lumpur and Johor. Jupiter is planning to open another online trading office in Bukit Mertajam in 2012. At present, Jupiter has nearly 20,000 customers in its data-base, of which 50% are online customers.
