MCMC will buy Patriot Risk Management’s (PRM) managed care service business. MCMC will acquire and run the managed care service program as Managed Care Risk Services (MCRS), a division of MCMC.

Tim Ermatinger, executive vice president, will continue to lead MCRS. MCMC started offering a Bill Review and PPO network processing solution for PRMI over five years ago.
