F&M Trust has appointed E Ginder as senior vice president and risk management officer. He will be responsible for ensuring that the bank maintains adequate policies to control credit, operational, compliance and other risks.

He will also handle the bank’s enterprise risk management program, ensuring the overall quality of F&M Trust’s loan portfolio and acting as a liaison to its internal audit and loan review firms. Previously, he has worked with Farm Credit Services, Meridian Bank and Bank of Lancaster County.
