Dundee Precious Metals has appointed Hume Kyle as its new executive vice president and CFO of the company. He will join the Canadian international mining company from June 6, 2011.

Kyle is joining from TransAlta, where he served as the vice president, treasurer and controller. Prior to this, he was associated with Fort Chicago Energy Partners, Noranda and Deloitte & Touche.
