GSR Ventures has closed its new $350 million venture capital fund. The fourth venture capital fund is focused on investing in early stage Chinese companies. The new vehicle will be managed by the same team and pursue the same investment strategy as the previous funds. The offering was oversubscribed and had more than 80% participation from previous investors in GSR funds.
