Thor Equities is acquiring the Scribner Building located in New York for $108.5 million, New York Post reports. The seller of the property is Kuwaiti investor Louai Alassar’s A&A Acquisitions. The building is let to cosmetics stores chain Sephora. The deal also includes the adjacent building at 3 E 48th Street. Both the properties were bought for $73.3 million by the current seller in 2006.
