NorthRoad Capital Management, a unit of Madison Investment Advisors, has been chosen to run a mutual fund. The NorthRoad International Fund is a no-load, open-end fund with initial total expenses of 1.15%.

Charles Saunders, James Shore and Raymond Vars are the portfolio managers of the fund. The firm uses a bottom-up, fundamental approach to pick a concentrated portfolio of large-cap businesses based in developed markets.
