A total of 208 rental apartments have been sold by HOCHTIEF Solutions for over €60 million. An institutional investor purchased 37 rental units at the Loft as you like residential project and eight houses in the Mosaik Eilenriede. Eight buildings from the Mosaik Eilenriede have been sold to a fund by AXA Investment Managers Deutschland. Two more buildings at the residential development were acquired by two private investors.
