Tom Hury has joined Palm Coast-based Intracoastal Bank as chief risk officer, News Journal reports. He will be focusing on keeping up with the latest banking laws and regulations. Separately, Cheryl Tanenbaum has been appointed as senior vice president. Tanenbaum will also replace Hury as CFO.
