Tenex Capital Management has closed its private equity fund at $452 million. Tenex Capital Partners exceeded its $400 million fundraising target of the firm and its “hard cap” of $425 million. The portfolio makes control equity allocations to middle market companies. The limited partners of the fund include investors from public and private sector pension funds, endowments and foundations, family offices, financial institutions and insurance companies.
