Portfolio Advisors has secured $400 million in total commitments for its real estate fund-of-funds, Private Equity Hub reports. The Portfolio Advisors Real Estate Fund IV has invested in primary funds and acquired direct secondary fund interests since its initial closing in 2009.

The fund’s limited partners include private and public pension plans, private endowments and foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals. The firm’s previous fund PAREF III had raised $147 million in 2008.
