Carroll Organization has closed its first private equity fund, Carroll Co-Invest Fund I. The Atlanta-based multifamily real estate owner and operator will use the money to acquire around $300 million of multifamily properties. The acquisition will be completed over the next 12-24 months. The recently closed fund is a geographically specific and fully discretionary investment fund.
