Vigilant Financial Partners has hired Shelly Horwitz as partner. She will head the firm’s retirement plan services efforts, handle client development and servicing as well as execute a strategic sales process.

Most recently, she was working with Lockton, managing client relations for mid-market retirement plans. She has also previously worked with Principal Financial Group.
