Swiss wealth manager Helvetia Wealth has reorganized its U.K. operations, Citywire reports. The overhaul has led around 16 advisers from Dunedin Independent to join Melville Independent, which will move to a fee-based charging structure.

Dunedin Independent will continue from its offices at Charlotte Square Edinburgh and at Blythswood Square Glasgow. Helvetia also intends to roll the assets of Glasgow-based City Gate Money Managers into the Dunedin Independent business.
