Aurora Russia has hired Gilbert Chalk and Geoffrey Miller as non–executive directors on its board, Private Equity Wire reports. In their new role, Chalk will sit on the valuation and audit committee of the private equity firm, while Miller will be part of the valuation committee.

Currently, Chalk is a board director at Castle Private Equity and Vantage Goldfields. Miller was earlier head of research marketing at Troika Dialog in Moscow and is presently an advisory board member of silkroutefinancial.
