Dundee International REIT is seeking to raise about €247 million in an IPO, PropertyEU reports. The real estate investment trust has priced the offering at €7.19 per unit.

Further contributions of €86.28 million will be provided by other units of the Dundee Group. The sale proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of Deutsche Post real estate assets in Germany.
