Matthew Cartwright, the former risk management head at ADM Capital, is seeking to launch his own hedge fund, Asian Investor reports. He has left the $1.6 billion Asian distressed debt specialist in Hong Kong to launch the fund. Cartwright was serving as the investment portfolio advisor since 2003. He has been replaced by Mei Li through an internal appointment.
