California headquarter Badgeville has raised $12M in its second round of venture funding. The investment round was led by Norwest Venture Partner and EI Dorado Venture Partners, while Trinity Venture and Webb Investment Network were also participated.

Ting Chang, partner at Norwest Venture Partner, and Tom Peterson, a partner at EI Dorado Venture Partners, have joined Badgeville board of directors. The social-royalty-platform startup intends to grow its team from 30to 50 employees by the end of 2011.
