Spark Ventures has sold a 50% stake in start-up investment Mind Candy. The sale gives Mind Candy an enterprise value of $200 million and Spark a cash receipt of $4.9 million.

Spark’s stake in Mind Candy is now valued at $9.56 million. The company recorded an enterprise value of $35 million for its stake in the company last September.
