Implied Capital has rolled out an offshore version of its flagship fund, HFMWeek reports. The Colorado-based volatility arbitrage hedge fund has launched the Volatility Risk Premium Fund to target U.S. tax-exempt investors.

The portfolio employs a market neutral framework and invests only in liquid, exchange-traded options and futures. The founder of the firm, James Doran, is the fund’s portfolio manager.
