Spain has raised €3 billion in a two-part sale of bonds, The Wall Street Journal reports. The first tranche of €1.5 billion securities is due to mature in April 2014.

The second tranche of €1.5 billion notes is due to mature in April 2016. The Spanish treasury received total bids of €7.713 billion for the offering.
