The SPDR S&P Retail ETF (XRT) saw a drop of 31% in assets on August 15, Index Universe reports. The XRT lost more than $236 million in assets, which are now pegged at $518 million. The SPDR S&P 500 saw outflows of $1.08 billion, or 1.3%, compared to $3 billion in assets that it collected in the previous session. Overall, U.S. ETF assets reached $1.029 trillion, despite outflows of $2.38 billion.
