Arthur J Gallagher & Company has completed the acquisition of independent insurance agency, Fish & Schulkamp. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

As a part of the deal, Eric Olson and his team will continue to operate in their Madison location. Arthur J Gallagher & Company is Illinois-based insurance brokerage and risk management services firm. Fish & Schulkamp provides commercial property/casualty and risk management insurance services.
