European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA) has elected Karsten Langer as Chairman. He will succeed Uli Fricke. Langer is also a partner at Brussels-based global private equity firm Riverside Company. At Riverside, he is responsible for heading the firm’s investment and portfolio management operations in France and the Benelux countries. Previously, he has served at M&A International as managing partner and also worked with GE Capital Europe.
