Russian brokerage Otkritie has expanded its international fixed income and strategy team with 11 appointments. The new team will be headed by managing director, head of fixed income research and strategy Ron Solberg.

A PIMCO veteran Solberg will primarily focus on Eurodollar and local-currency opportunities in CIS and CEEMEA. Other members of the team include Dmitry Poliakov, senior Eurobond bank credit analyst, Bruce Goodwin, senior Eurobond credit strategist and Nargiz Sadykhova, a corporate/bank credit analyst.
